About Supply Teaching:
In some regions, such as New Zealand, Supply Teachers are often referred to as Relief Teachers. Regardless of the term, the role is crucial in maintaining the continuity of education. Supply Teachers step in during the short-term absence of regular teaching staff, providing necessary instructional and supervisory support. This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexibility and variety in their teaching career, offering experiences in different educational settings and the chance to make a significant impact on students' learning journeys.
Supply Teaching can also serve as an excellent stop-gap measure while seeking further employment or if you prefer the flexibility of relief and short-term work. It allows you to gain valuable experience and insights into different school environments without the long-term commitment of a full-time position.
To apply for the Secondary School Supply Teacher position, please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are interested in this role along with any area(s) of the United Kingdom you would be interested in working in.
